Khalid-Amanullah Hafeez - Director
Khalid is an alumnus of the University of Heidelberg, where he studied Chemistry and Mineralogy while working as a court and police interpreter for the Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and German languages. After his university studies, he decided to stay on in the translation and interpretation business, as he has had a passion and a knack for languages since a very young age.
Before starting WordHeads in 2009, he was working for a major UK based business services company, where he was in charge of the sales/marketing and translation departments.
Khalid is a native English, Urdu and Punjabi speaker and fluent in German and Hindi. His French is also not too bad.
Efrosini Papakyriakopoulou-Hafeez - Chief Operating Officer
Efrosini is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, networking with our team of translators and suppliers, as well as handling customer requests and enquiries.
She is an alumnus of the University of Heidelberg, where she majored in the History of European Art with a minor in English Literature.
Efrosini is a native Greek and German speaker and fluent in English and Spanish. She is currently working on improving her Italian, as far as her professional responsibilites allow her to.
